Order Fulfillment Window
Orders not picked up within 60 minutes are considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
We are not responsible for food quality degradation due to late pickups. Unclaimed orders will not be remade or refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Orders canceled after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Prepared-to-Order Statement
All orders are made fresh and to order. Once preparation begins, we cannot offer changes or cancellations.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the case of a confirmed error on our part (e.g., incorrect or missing items).
Order Verification
Customers are responsible for verifying order accuracy upon pickup. If there is an issue, please notify us immediately while still on-site or within 30 minutes of pickup.
Third-Party Pickup Disclaimer
If using a third-party service to pick up your order (e.g., delivery driver), we are not responsible for delays, missing items, or handling once it leaves our premises.
